Kathleen Harkins - General Manager
Kathleen is the General Manager of Applause, leading a team of outstanding catering and event professionals that will ensure the success of each and every event. She is a graduate of Michigan State University’s College of Business with a Hospitality Business degree. Her twenty-eight years of experience in the food service and catering industry and background in Corporate Dining and Catering, allows her to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to managing events for groups of ten to twenty five thousand guests. Kathleen is involved in every facet of the business from multi-level management, purchasing, human relations, event planning, cost analysis, menu development and logistics. Her dedication and determination for excellent customer service and attention to every detail have made her a proven success. Kathleen is an active member of the community by volunteering her time for charity work with non-profit organizations and local church groups.
