Above and beyond our standard menu, there is no limit to our creativity. The Applause Catering + Events team encourage and promote our ability to customize menus and events for our clients. We are able to accommodate any special diets such as gluten free, lactose free, vegetarian and vegan. Please consult with your Event Designer on special menu requirements.
