Small Plate Stations

Select three to four small plate stations to create your own custom strolling dinner experience. Each station is attended by one of our chefs or service staff. Minimum of 50 guests. A $100.00 service fee applies to each station.


Two chef made versions of the traditional Mexican hominy stew. One with braised pork, smoked ancho and guajillo peppers in a rich tomato broth. The other a vegetarian option with tomatillo, coriander and sweet onions. Served with tortilla chips and garnishes of radish, lime, shredded lettuce, and sour cream.

Cajun Station

Your choice of spicy chicken jambalaya or rich and hearty shrimp gumbo mixed with sautéed peppers and onions served with traditional red beans and rice. Complement your dish with hush puppies , crawfish, Louisiana hot sauce, and sweet onion remoulade.

Hot Potato Station

Start with your choice of white cheddar smashed potatoes, or roasted garlic redskin mashed potatoes to begin this delicious station. Top your potato selection with any of the following ingredients: broccoli cheese sauce, diced bacon, sour cream, green onion, beef gravy, shredded cheddar or whipped butter.

Korean Barbeque

Heat and sweet combine beautifully in this Korean inspired menu. Savor tender marinated flank steak in a sweet Korean glaze, served with grilled onion and mushroom, spicy chilled soba noodles, grilled scallions, and kimchi vegetables.

Asian Express

Fried rice, steamed white rice and pot stickers with orange
ginger sauce will accompany your choice of two Far East
samplings. Chinese take out boxes, chop sticks and fortune
cookies will complete this Asian experience.

Taste of Italy

Choose two of our tantalizing classic short cut pastas prepared
live for your guests to enjoy. Included are Italian meatballs,
crusty breads with basil infused olive oil for dipping, aged
Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper.

Choose two: Farfalle in Pesto Cream, Penne a la Vodka, Cavatappi Pomodoro, Cheese Tortellini in Pinot Grigio Sauce, Rotini in Alfredo.

South of the Border

A little taste of all things good from the border. Zesty ground sirloin taco meat with crispy corn shells and chipotle spiced chicken fajitas with soft flour tortillas. Served with shaved iceberg lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, guacamole and sour cream. Spanish rice, queso dip and tri-colored corn chips with salsa will complete this festive station.

Backyard Barbeque

Sample some of the best the Barbeque Boys have to offer - pulled pork and smoked beef brisket served up slider style with your choice of our three favorite sauces, mini cornbread muffins, kettle chips, and lemon kale slaw.

Salad Martini Bar

These salads are shaken not stirred. This action station features your choice of two salads that are prepared to order by our staff of experienced “salad tenders”.

Indian Spice

Enjoy delightful dishes with and Indian flare. Rich chicken tikka masala with sweet and spicy vegetable jalfrezi, served with jasmine rice and naan bread. Pakoras and samosas are enhanced by a variety of fruit chutneys and cucumber mint raita.

Philly Cheese Steak

Tender shaved ribeye with sautéed peppers, onions, and mushrooms on a mini hoagie roll. Top it off with a white cheese sauce and a side of steak fries.

Thinly sliced beef brisket stuffed in a steamed Chinese bao bun, topped with a pickled red chili slaw. Served with duck pot stickers, lo mein salad and sweet soy sauce.

Street Taco

Flour tortilla stacked with chicken tinga and your choice of toppings - salsa roja, salsa verde, queso fresco, sour cream, pickled onion, and pico de gallo. Served with refried black beans and tri color tortilla chips.
