I just wanted to make sure you knew, that they all were a blessing and I am grateful. I originally chose Applause catering because truthfully when Kyle answered the phone, he was kind. He continued to be understanding and patient when I went back and forth because of budget or indecisive choices. He was friendly and guided me along the process, helping me make the best possible decisions.
Even when I asked for completely ridiculous things, it wasn’t a problem. ( A whole wheel of cheese! It was there!) He was so personable and I am very pleased that I got to work with him, through the whole year. Now, I being the greenhorn of a wedding planner did not inform Kyle of our cake information. So when our cake arrived at the venue Michael had asked me what was planned for the cake. I had then come to the realization that I had fumbled it. Michael then impressed me. He told me he would handle the hors d’oeuvres, the cake and not to worry. He proceeded to do just that.
All night I watched as Michael and Jade gathered plates and silverware to remove and clean, again and again. And at about nine, he let me know that the cake was ready to serve. I was so grateful, I don’t think I thanked him enough. Thank God! I was so in awe of what they did. They were kind and never without a smile. Even when I met Jade in the restroom. She was quick to remind me that they would take care of everything to help put me at ease. And it worked. Throughout the night everyone continued to tell me how great the food was. And it was fabulous. Also the set up was fantastic. Your Eiffel Tower even matched our Eiffel towers. The whole night was a success and I want you to know that your team was marvelous. Thank you again and I will forever recommend Applause Catering.”
